I am once again subletting my Washington Heights apartment for the holidays (December 21-January 1) It is a 2nd floor-walk up, one bedroom, bath, living room & fully equipped small kitchen. Location is right across the street from Fort Tryon Park, down the block is the A train (190th St); 1 train (191st St) You will find plenty of restaurants, bars, laundromats, groceries, etc walking distance.
The apartment is beautiful & light filled. Only one renter please. Possibly open to a couple -- if a good fit. Wifi included.
If you feel you are compatible for this sublet, I am hosting short 10 minute virtual interviews in November from Monday-Friday between 8am-2pm.
