I have a private, modern and cozy room available in a beautiful spacious 4BD apartment on the Upper West Side available from December 17th until January 12th.
The building is located on W 106th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Ave. It’s just two blocks from Central Park, and 5-10 minutes away from Riverside Park and Columbia University. The 1, A/B/C trains are a few blocks away.
We’re in a safe neighborhood with schools, libraries, and retirement centers nearby. But also plenty of bars and restaurants for nights out.
It’s $1300 for the entire stay, everything included.
Your bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, drawers, closet and other niceties! Rare Manhattan amenity: We have a washer and dryer in the apartment AND in the building. Looking for someone who is both, organized and clean.
Roommates are busy with work, gym, and nights out. We’re mostly quiet but not social recluses at all and always up for a chat! ;-)
