The apartment is bright and open with in-unit A/C, a balcony and back patio, and great natural light. Gas stove. Wifi and TV with all the good streamers. It's on the third floor of a walk-up, above a 24-hour bodega. There’s a laundromat right across the street (no laundry in-unit).
Location-wise, you’re in the middle of downtown: at the nexus of Nolita, Chinatown, Little Italy, LES and Soho. Easy access to multiple subway lines, citibike docks, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, movie theaters, bars/clubs, boutiques and vintage shops. Lots of great little speciality grocers and two blocks from Whole Foods.
This place has been such a peaceful little retreat in the middle of the city—perfect for someone who wants to be in the action but still have a cozy space to unwind.
