Close to the corner of Orchard & Broome Streets. Walk outside your front door to the energy of a car-free street with so many options for food and fun (Dudley's, Skin Contact Wine Bar, Eel Bar, Las' Lap, Armada, Bar Valentina, Cafe Katja, Sunday to Sunday, Orange Glou, Somm Time, Zest Sushi, Barrio Chino, Kalye... I could go on and on.)
This is a 1-bedroom, fully furnished apartment. The space has 2 closets, and ample storage space for clothes. There is a dish washer in the unit. The bathroom has a huge shower (not sure why so big) and great water pressure. Hard to tell from the photos, but the space gets sunlight during the day and is on the back side of the building so there's no noise from the street.
The bed is a queen, and the CB2 couch and folds out to make a queen, as well.
I'll be away working, and there is a chance I won't be back - so there may be an option to turn the sublet into a longer term thing. Right now, I'm looking for at least 2 months, but would be open to less considering your need.
Rent is inclusive of all utilities, including powerful WiFi. :)
