Our massive, 900 square foot apartment takes up the entire second floor of the building, with the sun-drenched living room/2nd bedroom overlooking the idyllic UWS street, while the main bedroom in the back is even quieter, facing the back patio. Super high cielings and classic old school NYC trim and detailing makes this a great place for a couple-week visit to the city. Our bed is a Stearns & Foster King and the second bedroom has a convertible couch-to-futon. We also have a blowup queen-size mattress if necessary.
Our building is situated on a quiet, peaceful and beautiful tree-lined block in a family-friendly area on the Upper West Side. We are just a short, half block from scenic Riverside Park, including one of the city's best playgrounds. We are also a 12-minute walk from Central Park. Plenty of great restaurants nearby on Broadway and Amsterdam. A 3-minute walk from the 96th St 1-2-3 subway.
Looking for $1800/week + $200 cleaning fee. Dogs are welcome for an additional $150.
We provide two TVs with all major streaming platforms and high-speed internet. Fully stocked kitchen. All linens and towels provided. Two desks if you are working from home.
The building itself is 5 total units and all of our neighbors are wonderful and friendly. We have a washer/dryer in the basement.
