The move-in/move-out dates in between can be flexible, but ONLY within the time frame of August 26โSeptember 18, 2025.
***Minimum stay is 7 days at $1,400 ($200/night).*** โโ If you want to stay less than 7 nights, it's still $1,400.
Total stay 23 nights is $3,500 ($152/night).
๐ฐ Cost for total stay with everything included (wi-fi, electricity, gas) is $3,500 for one or two people, $3,600 for three or four people (please read below about sleeping options). Plus $150 cleaning fee and refundable (provided nothing is damaged) security deposit of $600.
๐ Our 2-br apartment is near 106th and Broadway, very well-connected (subway, crosstown buses, M60 to LGA straight from the corner, etc.), easy to get to Times Sq. (20 minutes), Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Wall Street and downtown, etc. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Lidl, Trader Joeโs, shops, restaurants, banks, Columbia university. Shopping cart provided.
๐ One bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), the second can have an air mattress (full, sleeps 1-2) OR the office set-up (desk+office chair). To set up an office for you, we MUST be notified before July 26, so we can do it before we leave. The living room couch can be converted into a twin bed (sleeps 1). Both bedrooms face the inner yard, which for NYC means quiet and good night's sleep.

๐ก Wi-Fi, gas and electricity included, well-equipped kitchen (electric kettle, Instapot, air fryer, Nutribullet, etc.).
