Elevator building. The apartment gets AMAZING light with lots of windows! It is a corner unit (light from the east and south) loft- like space with an open concept kitchen and living room! It's a quiet building on a very historical street, in a nice, safe neighborhood next to two lovely parks and a beautiful community garden.

Close to the C/A/1 train, and buses. Restaurants, grocery store are at the end of the block and within walking distance. Columbia Presbyterian Hospital is a few blocks away, so this is perfect for someone who has a residency/studying. Laundry is in the building (there is also a laundromat at the end of the block with options for drop off, pick up and delivery.)

This is a fully furnished room with TV, air conditioner in the room and throughout apartment. Electric/internet/cable is included in the $1300.

Non smoker who is clean, responsible, respectful and kind. Ok pets. No drugs.
