We’re a small, boutique beauty spa on the Upper West Side looking for a friendly and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily spa operations and customer service

Supporting product sales and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment

Helping with social media posts and basic office tasks

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Prior experience in spa, salon, or retail is a plus

Schedule: Part-time, 4 days per week, 11pm–5pm
