LICE MAMAS
We’re expanding rapidly and now seeking expert Lice Technicians!
DESCRIPTION:
As an in-person and mobile LICE MAMAS Lice Technician, you’ll be offered a generous pay since you are EXPERIENCED with tips and commission, part-time. As a Head Lice Technician, your time will be spent offering superb customer service, screening each family member for head lice, providing an all-natural lice removal treatment to those who require one (all products and devices provided by LICE MAMAS), and educating the client on how to maintain a lice-free environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-EXPERIENCE TREATING LICE
-Great with children
-Comfortable with handling all hair types
-Have a cell phone with texting capabilities
-Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work part-time
-Must have strong listening and verbal communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-This is a hands-on position treating lice and doing head checks (not a desk job)
-Maintain product knowledge for all retail operations
-Handle point of sale (POS), checkouts, and upsale of products
-Oversee cleaning checklist for opening, closing and mid-day shifts; actively maintain the space, leaving it pristine and workable before your shift completes
-Make sure clients sign all necessary paperwork and it is reviewed/questions answered
**Being On-Call as well as scheduled hours
