I’M READY™ is a luxury matchmaking agency seeking a polished Setter/Closer responsible for client acquisition and closing high‑ticket sales.
This role is hybrid:
• Remote for calls + Zoom
• In‑person outreach at curated locations (lounges, events, upscale venues)
What You’ll Do
• Acquire new clients for I’M READY™
• Close high‑ticket sales
• Approach potential clients in person
• Represent the brand with elegance and confidence
Compensation
• $3,200/month Base salary
• +10% commission on every closed client
• Weekly pay based on performance.
• 40 hours/week

• Polished, well‑spoken, elegant
• Comfortable approaching people in person
• Experienced in sales
• Emotionally intelligent + coachable
• Able to work full‑time (40 hrs/week)
Have availability to work on Saturdays
