Snow Milk is a fashion/streetwear brand hiring an experienced sales associate for our Chelsea location. This position is for someone who already understands retail sales, customer conversion, and working independently on the sales floor.
This is NOT an entry-level role. Training is not provided.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and convert walk-ins into customers
Style customers and confidently recommend products
Upsell and increase average order value
Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand store
Handle POS transactions and daily store operations
Represent the Snow Milk brand with professionalism
Requirements (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
3+ years of retail sales experience required
Fashion, boutique, or streetwear retail experience strongly preferred
Comfortable selling during slow traffic periods
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
NYC retail experience is a plus
Applicants without prior retail sales experience will not be considered.
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time
Weekday and weekend availability required
Compensation:
Competitive compensation, based on experience
