As we expand into the New York City market, we’re looking for passionate and driven team members to help grow our presence at retail and beyond.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Merchandising Associate to represent ELEVATE Hydrogen Water across the New York City metro area. This role blends sales, account management, merchandising, and brand ambassadorship. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our products are well-represented in stores, building strong relationships with retail partners, and driving sell-through by creating an exceptional in-store presence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth


Build and maintain relationships with store managers, buyers, and distributors.


Secure new retail accounts and expand shelf space with existing partners.


Meet or exceed monthly sales and distribution goals.


Merchandising Excellence


Ensure all products are stocked, rotated, and displayed according to brand standards.


Execute point-of-sale (POS) displays, promotional setups, and in-store sampling events.


Track inventory, report out-of-stocks, and maximize product visibility.


Brand Representation


Serve as a local ambassador for ELEVATE Hydrogen Water.


Educate store staff and consumers on the benefits of hydrogen water.


Support field marketing events, demos, and community activations in NYC.


Reporting & Communication


Document store visits and sales activity via CRM or reporting tools.


Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.


Collaborate with sales management to execute strategic initiatives.



Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in beverage sales, merchandising, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) preferred.


Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.


Comfortable working independently in the field across New York City.


Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (cases of product) and stand for extended periods.


Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
