We’re seeking a Client Acquisition & Partnerships Specialist who shares our passion for beauty, wellness, and meaningful connection — someone who thrives on cultivating relationships and bringing our brand to new audiences in inspired, authentic ways.
The Role
This is a dynamic, outward-facing position focused on growth through connection. You’ll be the face of our spa in the community — forging strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for brand visibility, and crafting creative ways to attract discerning new clients who value quality and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture partnerships with luxury hotels, wellness centers, fitness studios, boutiques, and corporate wellness programs.
* Seek and secure outreach opportunities — pop-ups, collaborations, curated events, and influencer engagements — that align with our clean beauty philosophy.
* Personally visit and represent the spa in select partner venues to foster relationships and introduce our signature services.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create elevated, visually refined content for social media and campaigns that speak to our clientele’s lifestyle.
* Conceptualize creative client acquisition strategies, both digital and in-person, that reflect the elegance and ethics of our brand.
* Track, analyze, and optimize partnership and outreach performance for consistent growth.
* Work with our social media to find ways to deliver our brand message to the world
Who You Are
* Experienced in business development, partnerships, or marketing, ideally within the luxury, wellness, or beauty space.
* A polished communicator with a genuine love of people and relationship building.
* Creative, strategic, and self-motivated — someone who brings ideas to life with purpose and style.
* Deeply aligned with clean beauty values: authenticity, sustainability, and conscious luxury.
* Confident in representing a high-end brand with grace, warmth, and professionalism.
