I've been in the trade for over 10 years. Every job I start , I always finish. People ask for a timeline, and I try to meet that target. If something seems unrealistic, I always give my honest opinion . I either work by myself or have someone help me out on the job, depending on the task and what is agreed upon . I've never had an issue with a customer, nor do I have any bad relationships with anyone. I try not to burn bridges because they always know I mean business. Now, times are changing, and I get a lot of calls to fix other guys' mistakes , or they can't finish the job. This is not a professional attitude. Craigslist has changed a lot, and that's why I don't infest my ads with tons of nonsense. Once you see the work I do and how professional I am, you will want me to stick around and get more done for you! Be careful of whom you trust and hire in this industry; things are not the same . I like to save the drama for TV shows and apply my home improvement expertise in the real world. I am budget-friendly. The great part about me is if you recommend me to others, I always give a reasonable discount for the recommendation.
