-End-to-end responsibility for apparel production, from sampling through small runs.
-One off samples and custom pieces.
-Sourcing, managing, and communicating with domestic factories (NYC preferred)
-Managing production calendars, timelines, and deliverables
-Overseeing technical development, fittings, and approvals
-Managing tech packs, specs, and factory communications
-Identifying costs and issues early and proactively
-Running day-to-day production independently and bringing recommendations or decisions to me as needed
Will need your creative direction, final approvals, and budget sign-off.
Experience with denim, rigid wovens, and domestic factories, plus overseas samples rooms and production houses.
