I am in need of housing ASAP
I am in a bad situation. I am renting a room and after I moved in I found out my roommate is a drug addict, the apartment has bugs, the fridge doesn't work, the freezer barely works and the bathroom sink drains in a bucket.
I need a room to rent for myself and my 3 cats that are esa animals.
I work part time in Soho, and get a partial disability check every month. (And I am looking for full time work, I currently work with kids)
I can pay $200 a week (I get paid every Friday) maybe $225.
I am hoping to move this weekend (as I am off work this weekend)but can't pay till Monday the first but can pay two weeks then.
I am a gay male, I don't party, do drugs, or have people over. I smoke but outside, and sometimes will have a beer or two.
My 3 cats are all female, will stay in my room, and I clean there liter boxes every day or every other day.
I am clean, neat, and respectful. Looking for the same.
I moved to NYC to follow my dreams and am having a difficult time with housing. (I was scammed before)
