Hello! I am a 26 yr old female starting at Fordham University Lincoln Center in Fall 2025. I am studying Social Work there, and looking for a room within walking distance of the 1/2/A/C. My budget is max $1,100/month- not including utilities. I would prefer female roommates/roommates around my age, a place on a lower level or with an elevator, and in building laundry, but this is negotiable.
About me: I love to cook- so being my roommate comes with amazing food and baked goods! I am a very creative person, you'll often find me doing some kind of craft. I am more than ok with pets. I have lung issues so I cannot deal with a lot of smoking in common areas, but it doesn't have to be totally non smoking. I have lived in Brooklyn for a bit (will miss it dearly), so Manhattan is relatively new to me, but I'm excited to be close to the action!
