Hi everyone! My name is Luke, I’m a 20-year-old film student and cellist looking for a private room starting December 1st. My budget is up to $1,000/month (utilities included or close).

I’m clean and quiet, I spend most of my time in either school or projects, and my dog-walking work. I’m easygoing, non-smoker. I’d love to live with other artists, students, or anyone just chill and responsible.

Ideally looking for something in Brooklyn or Manhattan, but I’m open to other nearby areas with a reasonable commute.
