I am looking for a room basically south of 96th street on the UWS or UES. I am not looking for an Outer Borough apt. I am looking or an unfurnished room. I hope with decent closet space. I work PT remote. I am clean, a non smoker and do not do drugs. I do not bring the party to the home.

I would also consider a barter situation for reduced rent. I can help with child care, elder care, pet care, errands and the like. I have amazing professional and personal references.
