🚚 What is Emerge Career?
Emerge Career is a CDL training program funded by the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice. We help people who have criminal histories get their CDL Class A License, completely free of cost. We have been featured on CBS News, NBC and Forbes.
💪 What You’ll Do:
Emerge Ambassadors will do the following:
- Distribute Flyers – Post and hand out flyers in low-income neighborhoods, outside of courthouses, and other frequented areas.
- Post on Social Media to your personal network and community
- Join a community of other mission-aligned ambassadors who
💰How You’ll Get Paid:
- $25 per person who is eligible and completes the first 5 videos in our online course
- An additional $125 per person who gets their CDL permit ($150 total per sign up).
🤔How It Works:

2) If it’s a good fit, you’ll meet with someone from our team for a 20-minute interview to learn more about why you want to become an Emerge Ambassador
3) You’ll receive a unique affiliate link and access to a personal tracking dashboard. This where you’ll track all the people that you refer.
4) You’ll join a community of other Ambassadors working across the city spreading the word about our free CDL training program.
5) Start spreading the word and get paid as your referrals progress through our program.
This is a great way to earn cash while helping people get access to life-changing job opportunities. We’re looking for people who care more about the mission than the money, and want to help people change their lives for the better.
