Looking for a temporary room rental in Manhattan: Early December to early February (Williamsburg near Marcy station, or Flatbush ave in BK would also work).
I have a full-time teaching job and am out of the door no later than 7am, and stay busy after work -- would mostly just be there to sleep. I'm light on cooking and wouldn't need to shower often because I go to the gym most nights of the week and shower there. Also I wouldn't bring much stuff as I have a storage unit in midtown.
I'm male in my late 40's, but if it matters, most of my friends are 20 years younger than me as I'm active at skateboarding, ice/roller skating, snowboarding, skiing, and playing music instruments.
I'm good about cleaning up after myself and contributing to chores. Trustworthy and respectful of other people's space and a noise levels.
