Hello!
I’m searching for a one-bedroom or studio apartment starting November 1st, 2025. My ideal neighborhoods are Inwood, Riverdale, Marble Hill, Kingsbridge, or Spuyten Duyvil in the Bronx—but I’m open to other areas as well. I’m also happy to consider both short-term and long-term options.
I’d also be open to renting a room in Inwood, Riverdale, Marble Hill, Kingsbridge, or Spuyten Duyvil. Budget is $800–$900 per month for a shared space—ideally sharing with one other male (preferably gay, non-smoker, no drugs).
About Me
I’m a fit, active 54-year-old gay male. Non-smoker, no drugs. I’ve spent much of my career as an on-air producer/reporter for the BBC and later producing for U.S. entertainment shows such as Entertainment Tonight and Extra. These days I continue to work in television production and also as a voiceover actor.
I’m reliable, respectful, and easy to live with. I can provide excellent landlord, bank, and work references. I’d prefer to share with one other male only (preferably gay, non-smoker, no drugs). No cats, please.
