We are a local Cloud and IT firm in New York (Located in Midtown). We have been around since 2007 and up to 24 employees and continue to grow. We have landed on lists including Best Places to Work, MSPmentor 501, and INC 5000.

We are currently in growth mode and in need of a Tier 1 Helpdesk Tech that will be 90% support and 10% project assistance, a Tier 2 SysAdmin that will be 70% escalation support and backend administration and 30% projects, and finally a senior projects engineer that will be 95% projects based.

Tier 1.5 Service Desk Engineer: (45k-65k)
- 1-4 years' experience in IT
- Supporting Window Server environments
- Basic routing, switches, and firewall support
- Experience with a ticketing system, a plus if it's Autotask

Tier 2 SysAdmin: ($70k-$85k)
- Hands on experience supporting Windows Server 2008-2012R2
- Tier 2+ sever support
- Networking
- Hyper-V and VMware experience
- Basic Networking fundamentals
- About 30% project work

Systems Engineer (Projects): ($90k-$110k+)
- Needs extensive knowledge of SMB technologies
- Hands on experience with clustering
- Strong experience in virtualization Hyper-V or VMware
- Veeam backup
- Migration work to O365
