Job Description – Junior Helpdesk Technician:
The Junior Helpdesk technician will be responsible for the deployment and support of desktop OS’ (Windows and OSX), software, printers, and mobile apps. The technician must be prepared to work directly with clients via phone, email, and in person. Time management skills are a must.
Full time (44 hours/week) with some overtime required
$35,000+/year salaried (varies by skill level)
Providing desktop support to clients by phone, email, and in person
Resolving hardware and software issues in OSX and Windows environments
Mobile device support
Basic end-user training
Microsoft Office, including Outlook
Network printing and scanning
Basic Hardware Troubleshooting
