Managed Services Provider that caters to clients with Apple environments is currently looking for a Tier II support technician.
This role is for someone that is Apple certified and has experience with desk-side support. Our role is client facing with a designer in Manhattan and we're looking for someone that can provide a high level of support along with great customer service.
We are looking for candidates that have experience with:
-Mac OS X versions Mavercks, Yosemite, El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra and Mojave
-Support of MacBook Pro and iMac
-Support of iPad and iPhone
