June 1 room opens. Furnished mini-loft room available in large shared 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 floor apartment with private back patio. Upstairs private room with space-saving junior loft. Additional closet/storage space outside room. New queen mattress in loft, and desk below. Private room also currently has 50" plasma on wall w appletv. Apartment is shared with me (tech contractor) and gf. We also have a special needs dog w a minor spinal injury that has to wear a diaper and another roommate who lives downstairs.

Apartment is a open living space and good size kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel oven, etc). Full upstairs bathroom and half bath with bidet downstairs and private laundry room access door. Outdoor private patio area with outdoor heaters, ample seating and fire pit type table. Living room has a big 60" screen TV, surround sound system, cable, wifi xbox, AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.

Very convenient location, 3 blocks from express train 1-2-3 subway 72nd st station and one block from Fairway, bars, restaurants, and literally 73 steps to Riverside Park.

$1650/mo + utilities($150).

No other dogs or pets allowed (fish ok), but must love dogs!

Smoking allowed only outside on the patio.
