The quiet apartment features a spacious living room, a large kitchen, and a shared bathroom. We are on different schedules, so it is rarely an issue. We are working professionals looking for a fourth housemate. The building has an elevator and is located in Washington Heights, Manhattan, 10032.
The apartment is nestled in a lively neighbourhood, located close to three subway stations: 157 St (1 train), 163 St (C train), 168 St (1, A, C trains); and a Citi Bike station one block away. You will find Columbia University, a hospital, and various amenities, including grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, gyms, and laundry services nearby. Plus, we're only a few blocks away from the park along the Hudson River.
We are looking for an easygoing, respectful, clean, and gay-friendly roommate who is mindful of avoiding strong smells and loud noises. We share tasks to keep the apartment clean. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the apartment, and pets are also not allowed. You may bring guests over one or two days a week.
