We would share a bathroom but there is also a half bathroom so we would really just share the shower.
There is one room at one end and two at the other end. See floor plan. I’m looking for someone to take one, or both of those rooms. Ideally a couple, or someone who needs an office.
I’ve not seen the apartment but my friends live in the building and I’ve seen theirs, so I know the layout. As soon as we can see the apartment in person I’ll let you know but there’s someone still living there at the moment.
Must be LGBT friendly, must have references, social media links, credit check, background check — etc. etc. etc.
Must also be okay with cats. I have two. They’re very polite.
The apartment is gonna be furnished with my stuff from this apartment I’m currently in, but I also have an extra bed and mattress if you need one.
