Hey! We’ve got a bedroom opening up in our five-bedroom, two-bath apartment and we’re looking for someone to join the crew starting OCTOBER 1st. This place has been home to a long-running streak of great roommates and we’re excited to keep that going. The apartment is massive—over 1,400 sq ft— with a spacious couch filled living room, a chef-friendly kitchen with real counter space, and a separate den area that makes the whole place feel even bigger. We have central AC and heat, a roomba, a dishwasher, full stove/oven, various appliances, laundry is on site, and we're on the first floor!

Who we are: We’re 2 men and 2 women in our late 20s/early 30s, working in a variety of industries. Everyone has their own schedule and life going on, but we come together for the occasional award show night, Halloween party, or impromptu catch-up in the kitchen. We value cleanliness, respect, and the sweet spot between being social and giving each other space.

Who we’re looking for: Ideally someone who’s kind, tidy, responsible, and knows how to be a good roommate.

The bedroom is cozy, quiet, and a solid place to crash after a long day. Rent is $1,250/month, and utilities + internet range from $100–250/month depending on the season; security deposit is $1300. The bedroom is unfurnished (but all the common spaces are furnished). You won’t be on the lease, but we do ask for at least a year-long commitment (so that we don't have to do this roommate hunt all the time). We can have a sublet agreement notarized if you'd like since you won't be on the lease This system’s been running smoothly here for over two decades!

NO SMOKING, NO CATS/DOGS (building rules)

A quick but important note: While we love that this place has a great open layout, we’re looking for someone who respects the common areas as shared spaces. That means no turning the common areas into your personal office or hangout spot. We all work hard too, and want to feel like we can relax, cook, or pass through the space without feeling like we’re interrupting someone’s Zoom call or need to ask to use the space.

Having a reference from a past roommate or landlord definitely doesn’t hurt.
