In walking distance to the 125th street hub, Harlem Pier, Columbia University, and ABCD123456 trains.
The owner is a male in his 30's. He is a hard working professional and very low-key so you'll typically see him in passing. All he asks is that you clean up after yourself and pay your rent on time. There is another room being rented out by another male in his late 20's. He also works full time and stays pretty much to himself. When this room is filled, the apartment will have a total of 3 persons living there including the apartment owner.
We are offering a 1 year lease but are open to short term rentals. Asking price is $1200 which includes utilities and wifi. Willing to negotiate for the right tenant.
