The room is a good size (10x12) large enough for a queen bed plus a desk/drawers. Two south facing windows, great for a plant lover or someone who love natural sunlight. The room comes with a closet and there is another closet in the apartment to store your coats/shoes. (6 closets total in the apartment!) There is a large kitchen (with dishwasher!) and separate living room. Laundry in building. The apartment is close to many grocqery stores and there is a really nice park down the block that has great views of the George Washington bridge. There is a free public pool a 5 minute walk away and lots of gyms close by.
I'm a special education teacher with 2 cats. The other roommate works in arts education. We are quiet and respectful. We're very clean. Both of us are in our 30s and we are looking for a women who is around the same age. (Trans and non binary people are also welcome to apply!)
To move you you need first and security. ($2268 total) I believe there is also a $20 credit check. You will need to apply through the landlord and sign a lease. The building management is great! Very responsive and there is a property manager and super who are in the building.
