The room is furnished with a queen size bed, floor lamp, chest drawer, closet and
a window that provides natural light. Transportation, stores and restaurants can be
found a block away.
All that is required is that you are a working professional, work full time outside the home
(proof of work or job ID required), quiet, laid back and respectful, pay rent on time, non-smoker,
don't do drugs, don't drink in the apartment and doesn't bring the party home. Will keep shared areas clean.
Utilities are included: gas, electricity, heat, hot water and wi-fi.
Elevator in the building and laundry room in the basement.
RENT: $840/month + $150 deposit
No overnight guests and no pets.
