I have a 300sf studio apartment. I'm only there during the day from 9-7pm working. You would have the apartment to yourself the rest of the time. My setup takes up half the apartment, so there is 150sf of space for you to setup a bed etc. There's a tv and wifi. there's a small kitchen and bathroom and you would have a closet. The apartment is south facing and has plenty of light. it's an old tenement building. typical of east village. close to everything east village has to offer.
