Month to month. A lovely neighborhood close to the riverside park, a few nice coffee shops and restaurants, and 1 and C subway(1 minute walking). With Planet fitness, food town, C town just a few blocks away. Laundry in the building. I am a violinist and will be practising at home. No couples, no pets.
