$1,200 Amazing room in a nice two bedrooms Apartment (East Harlem)

I am looking to rent the 2nd room of my two bedrooms apartment located in newly renovated elevator building (2 blocks away from the 6 train, 5 blocks from the 2/3 trains and 5 minutes walk from central park north). Including utilities, the rent is $1,200 per month but first and security deposit are required prior to moving in. The room includes a queen size bed and laundry room is located at the lobby of the building. Wifi is provided.
About me, I work as a project manager in the corporate industry, do not smoke, don't use drugs, clean up after myself, don't bring the party home, down to earth, easy going and get alone with almost everyone. My hobbits include but mot limited to paying soccer, social dancing, playing volleyball, travelling and exploring the city.
