$540 Photo Studio Monthly Rental Share (1 year commitment)

Two photographers are currently looking for a third to share our Long
Island City Studio (24/7 access). The studio is two streets from the
East River and has a whole wall of windows that overlooks NYC. The
floor contains about 20 other artist studios and shares a lobby,
kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. The building has a new exterior, brand
new windows, new central heating and AC that was installed this
spring. There is a 24 hour passenger elevator and weekday freight
elevator. Building is 6 blocks from the subway.
Looking for someone that is easy going, flexible and dependable for a
1 year commitment renting monthly. Studio has 13' x 16’ shooting
space (not including storage) with 9.5’ ceilings. There is a changing
room, couch, makeup table, seamless paper rolling system (some
communal 9’ wide paper rolls) and a variety of other fabric drops on a
track system. We share light stands. There is a shelf in a locked
cabinet to put your lighting equipment. There are also 2 bins on the
shelves for additional equipment. Great natural light from a full wall
of windows with black out curtains to control light in the studio.
Prefer a photographer with not a lot of "stuff" because storage space
is limited. Google calendar is used to schedule sessions.
Rent is $540 per month. One month rent and $540 deposit is required
to start. 2-3 References needed. Serious Inquires only.
