title of work, a Design Studio and Accessory brand has an opening for a Studio/ Operations/ Retail Manager.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, retail sales driven individual who is detail oriented and able to
handle multiple tasks with a strong follow through.
Responsibilities include:
Manage Retail Store/ Inventory/ Sales
Oversee Shipping (domestic & international)
Coordinate sample and production for all studio pulls/ vendors: Create & generate PO’s.
Finalize and track all project timelines, ensuring deliverables are received properly and timely
Act as central point of communication for team, informing relevant parties about timing and/or changes in scope or deliverables
Coordinate and facilitate samples with PR firm for editorial shoots
Oversee website maintenance & oversee 3rd party platform integration
Oversee & maintain proper Inventory control across all categories
Oversee organization and trafficking of receipts to the CFO on a monthly basis
Oversee and delegate daily tasks of interns
Maintain a clean and organized studio
Skills required:
Shopify proficient
Take ownership of projects and timelines; responsible for day-to-day problem solving under supervision of Creative Director
Must be personable, reliable and thrive in a team environment
Must be detail oriented and display follow through
Experience:
College degree required
Approximately 1+ years of related industry experience with working knowledge of Mac/ Excel /photo shop/
Demonstrate track record of client relationship development and service
Proven experience in managing team working cross-functionally within an organization
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
