Role Overview
The Brand & Retail Development Associate will work closely with the founder to develop, launch, and grow the business. This flexible part-time position offers significant growth potential, ideal for someone eager to make an impact in luxury retail, branding, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on overall brand strategy, boutique identity, and marketing.
Build and maintain wholesale relationships with lingerie designers and brands.
Assist with curation of collections and visual merchandising.
Support digital branding efforts, content creation, and social media storytelling.
Brainstorm creative in-store experiences, pop-ups, and collabs.
Help recruit, interview, and onboard boutique staff as the business grows.
Establish and nurture relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to prepare for potential private label product development.
Provide exemplary customer service in the boutique.
Participate in developing operational processes for launch and expansion.
Qualifications
Background in luxury or specialty retail; experience in lingerie appreciated.
Demonstrated experience with hiring or talent selection in a retail or creative setting.
Networked in the fashion manufacturing space, with connections suitable for facilitating new product lines or collaborations.
Experience working with vendors and brands, especially in wholesale relationships.
Skills in branding, marketing, or PR; experience with content creation is valued.
Proficient with social media, visual merchandising, or event planning.
Highly collaborative, organized, and energetic, with passion for creative and luxury retail.
