ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Here at FlynnStoned, the Shift Floor Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the dispensary. This individual is responsible for supervising front-of-house staff during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, driving retail efficiency, and handling deliveries by following proper protocols and procedures. The Shift Floor Manager acts as the point person on the floor and ensures a smooth, compliant, and professional customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to multitask, be organized
- Computer skills–excel, and POS knowledge
- Customer service, problem solving, good/open communication skills.
- Money handling and inventory management
- Leading by example
- Keep sales floor displays accurate at all times; prices, brands, descriptions etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21 years of age or older (required by law)
- Passionate about cannabis and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
