Romantic Depot, the tri-state’s leading health and wellness boutique, is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee one of our busy New York–area stores.
We’ve built a strong reputation for professionalism, privacy, and respect — and we’re growing fast. This is an excellent opportunity for an established retail manager to join a stable, respected company.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations
Lead and motivate sales associates and assistant managers
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance goals
Maintain great customer service and visual standards
Handle inventory control, compliance, and cash management
Drive sales and incentive programs
Qualifications
3+ years of retail management experience
Reliable, organized, and people-oriented
Able to train, lead, and motivate staff
Comfortable working in a professional adult wellness environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
