Next Cleaners is hiring an experienced Counter Person for our SoHo location. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Schedule: Shifts within store hours, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the front counter
Tag and log incoming garments accurately using our POS system
Retrieve and hand back finished orders with care
Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer questions
Process payments and keep the counter area clean and organized
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a dry cleaning store is required
Must speak Spanish and English
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable on your feet and able to lift garment bundles
Strong, friendly customer service skills
Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience.
