Compensation: $150k for full-time staff position/$70 per hour for contract/freelance position

- Experience working with C-Level Executives, Managing Directors, Boards of Directors, A-list celebrities, titans of industry, and VIPs of all kinds from many different business sectors
- Worked for high-profile media mogul and a retired Silicon Valley executive; comfortable managing all business AND personal matters, including estate management
- Experience working in small/boutique and large corporate environments; global and US based
- Extensive experience managing events of all kinds and sizes in both the US and Canada
- Extensive experience working with hotels, convention centers, security companies, A/V companies and various vendors for event logistics, budgets, catering, and production needs
- Extensive involvement in the product development and rollout of 80+ skus into 1600+ stores of a major US big box retailer; worked countless hours with US Customs, FDA, and multiple overseas suppliers/factories to meet stringent deadlines
- Along with CFO, managed all aspects of HSN (Home Shopping Network) relationship from the selection of cosmetics products to put on the air, intense QA process, and on-air appearances by company owner (wardrobe, coaching, etc.); traveled to the HSN campus in St. Petersburg, Florida for various meetings with HSN buyers, hosts, and executives
- Worked extensively with corporate attorneys on clearances for product names and trademark concerns; assisted with all aspects of product descriptions, complicated ingredient lists, and elaborate packaging
- Traveled throughout Asia visiting key suppliers/factories and having extensive creative meetings in preparation for the launch of new products
- Meticulous attention to details and outstanding follow up skills

- Skilled at managing multiple email accounts via Outlook; great comfort level working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, FileMaker Pro, Google Drive/Docs, Infusionsoft, Constant Contact and various CRM programs (RedTail/Goldmine); adept at learning new programs
- Experience overseeing critical administrative operations and ever-changing priorities with great ease and diplomacy; strong sense of urgency in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Exceptional organizational skills; very adept at creating systems and procedures to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
