Mid-sized real estate company looking for a full time, live-in super for 65 units downtown Manhattan. Applicant should have ability to diagnose/solve any problem that may arise. Candidate must have strong working knowledge of construction, including plumbing and electric. Must be responsible, organized, and able to supervise a porter. This is a full time position. $750/week plus a 1 bedroom apartment, as well as benefits.
