I have a Intake Manifold replacement kit from FCP Euro - I purchased for $700 but never installed (I only had the DTC not the check engine light). Its still in the sealed box - with all the gaskets. My loss is your gain as its too late to return.
This is what I purchased - and it fits just about every V6 Mercedes shipped to the US from 2005-2010. Its the OE part which means its made by the same place that makes the mercedes parts, but without the merc logo. No need to rebuild the actuators, no need to remap the ECU, just follow the video and your issues are sorted in about 90 minutes.
