Leica M9 with replaced sensor - $3,000 (Financial District)

This Leica M9 is in good condition for its age.
Sensor was replaced (CCD ID: 15).
Shutter count as of today: 22778 (it will be slightly higher soon).
Comes with cap, charger and 3 Leica batteries. One of the batteries has swollen a little (but fits in the battery compartment and works).
Thumb grip also included.
Rangefinder working great.
No digs or dents. See photos for cosmetic flaws.
Camera has some quirks:
1) SOMETIMES the buttons don't respond and I have to press again for them to work. Sometimes all buttons will respond very quickly. Most of the time all buttons will respond if I hold them long enough.
2) SOMETIMES the shutter button doesn't respond. It could be because the buffer is not ready yet for the next shot, or because the shutter fell asleep for no reason. Instead of keep pressing the shutter button until it wakes up, I simply remove the battery and put it back in.
I recommend using an older memory card. The camera's responsiveness improved considerably after I replaced a newer card with an older one. I'm currently using a Transcend 30MB/s 200x SD HCI 16GB.
