Here’s a great deal on an Elinchrom BRX 500 watt/second 2-Light Kit that includes two 500Ws BRX 500 monolights, an EL Skyport SPEED Transmitter for wireless triggering of the strobes, two 26 x 26″ softboxes, a sync cord and a bag for storing and transporting the heads.
The BRX 500 flash heads in this kit are packed with professional and convenience features you’d expect from a company of Elinchrom’s caliber. Although the kit includes a sync cord, it also provides an 8-channel transmitter to trigger the flash heads’ built-in receivers at distances up to 394′ as well as giving you control of power, on/off, modeling light functions and Speed Sync activation.
The high performance heads recycle to full power in 1.45 sec. with a short, action-stopping flash duration of 1/1558 sec. Power is variable over a 5-stop range from 31 to 500Ws and the heads are fan-cooled to protect their circuitry and lengthen the life of the flash tube and modeling lamp.
