Found this (female, spayed, i believe, young-ish) "generic" looking tabby cat near the BOA on Broadway TODAY (11/5) of 171th st, darting under cars, and seemingly terrified of people. Luckily I had cat food on me from a grocery trip, and was able to get close. I just did what anyone would do (I hope) if someone found MY cat outside and helpless.

Taking her to the vet as soon as I can today (11/6) so if she (I think) is chipped, you'll get a call.

Just making this post in the off chance this isn't an abandoned pet, and I'd hate to make someone worry.
