This is a space filled with private offices and recording studios, so your working space will be entirely closed off. There are shared resources like a spacious kitchen and lounge, but otherwise you will have the space to yourself.
Recording studio rooms are all soundproofed so the offices are very quiet as they are private.
There are no shared meeting rooms, but you could get an additional office and set it up as huddle room.
Communal spaces are professionally cleaned weekly.
LEASE TERM & REQUIREMENTS
3 month minimum, but longer leases are preferred.
First month and last month security deposit required for move in.
