The office is an open large space in a wonderful building hosting mostly garment businesses and showrooms, but the office can be used for any purpose.
High ceiling, great lighting, code or key to enter. The building has a 24/7 doorman and a freight elevator. Bathroom available on the same floor.
Some furniture can stay if you wish (for example, the table and chairs in the photos). We can discuss and accommodate to your needs.
The base rent is $2,200. There are additions for electricity and small amount for water and taxes (I can expand if you're interested). We got our own insurance and internet/phone, so if you want you can keep them and cover their costs or get your own.
If needed, everything is pretty much ready for use.
