Two artist studios available in Chinatown, next to Canal Street from early / mid May / 1 June.
The place is beautiful, I just signed a lease. I will send photographs but now I am putting feelers out.
Rent will be split three ways but I will be away for June and July so it will just be two people using the space during this time.
The door to each space closes, so they are private, inside a larger space.
Shared bathroom.
The duration of your stay can be flexible / month to month - but Id like to confirm at least two months (for the time that I'm away)
The rooms are about 200 and 300 square feet. Tons of light - gorgeous. Between 700-900 depending on which room / part of the space you'd like to use but we can negotiate :)
